How odd then, that my recorded telephone calls and call log prove this mendacious and abusive individuals claims to be utter nonsense.

Their complaints "team" ignored this, regardless of evidence.

Poundland I also caught out lying and making different excuses.

I have the evidence and have uploaded it to show the public what disgusting abusers Poundland are against the vulnerable and disabled.

I bought an electrical tester that was absolutely dead no light no beep just nothing and they refused to refund me . Please do not buy these dead products

Purchased some light up Lilly flowers
With a price tag directly above saying £1.25..which I thought really that was all they were worth..I did look under to see if there was any other price..to the left of them under it said £5.00 which I obviously thought was for a different item..I paid on my card ..the following day my wife whent back for another 3 thinking they were £ 1.25..The till assistant said £15.00
She put them back ! The price should be on the actual item..Or made more clear and not miss leading..it's funny how the price above was for a cheaper item and not for a dearer item
Then you'd think twice of buying.. totally miss leading..! I won't be going in the shop again.. It says "Poundland above the door"..£5.00 for cheap tat ??

terrible customer service,reported rude staff member who in my view should never be in the retail trade,management as yet have failed to provide me with answers,spent many a time and money in poundland but the newquay branch never again.

Very pleased with ashton-under-lyne store. Fantastic staff that made me feel welcome and appreciated after my avalanche of questions in pep&co. Thank you and it made my day.

I cannot believe how l was treated last Saturday. I was woozy with dehydration and the affect of my cancer meds.I tried to buy 1 bottle of water but got shouted at.

1 star to much rubbish stock on shelves now and nothing is a pound should be called conland

I often shop in the Paisley Poundland and have never had any problems. Staff have always been efficient and helpful. Today I couldn’t find what I was looking for and asked a young male assistant where I would find it. Very quickly he went and got it for me. Prices are very reasonable.

If I was to mark this a a shop it would be one star. As an experience it is a five. There appear to be 2 basic types of shopper here. One walks around complaining that there are things that are more than a pound. The other SHOUTS ALL THE TIME. Things like “Destiny do you want any chocolate?”. Destiny dutifully waddles round the corner looking like she’s had chocolate for every meal since birth. Also one of the few shops where the homeless don’t wait outside for change.

Wish everything was still a pound, but that's the world now. Customer service was nice though and they still have some good bargains

Bought multiple electronic items from poundland over the past few months and each item has either been faulty or completely broken.

I bought a mini Bluetooth speaker around a week ago, only just opened it to find it doesn't hold any charge, won't even turn on and whenever I manage to get a tiny bit of sound out of it, it sounds like a distorted mess.

Also got 3 pairs of wireless earphones a month or so ago and one pair wouldn't even turn one whilst the other two were louder in one ear compared to the other and when the other two were playing bass frequencies they would have a loud vibration sound in one of the ears. The speakers in the headphones were also loose and rattling around inside.

Went back to try and get a refund and was called a liar and accused of damaging the products, didn't get a refund either.

What's happening? The Poundland in Ashington, Northumberland has disappeared overnight? One day it's there, the next it has shut up and been emptied. Completely without warning?

Poundland is so bad, i bought a charger from there and when i started using it it stopped working after 1 minute. do NOT buy from hete because it is absolutely bad!!!!

I am deeply disappointed to find that there are so many items for sale at the end of each isle and as you come around the corner to enter a new isle in the store of my local Poundland/Pep and Co.

As a full-time wheelchair, I found it incredibly annoying, clattering items and cardboard stands at the end and beginning of each new Isle.

Having spoke with staff, I established that I am not alone with this annoyance and it must be the same for people with pushchairs and prams, along with the elderly with poor eyesight.

Please consider the disabled, parents and the elderly and remove these stands with products in ridiculous parts of your store.
